Ingredients

Nachos:

  • 1 bag of nacho chips of your taste
  • 420 gr. Cracker Barrel Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
  • 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons sliced ​​green olives
  • 125 gr of Pat BBQ chopped Smoke Meat
  • 125 gr of Pat BBQ pulled pork
  • 125 gr of Pat BBQ pulled ribs
  • 1 lime cut into quarters to decorate
  • 1 to 2 pinches of Pat BBQ Sweet Spices

Pico de Gallo Salsa:

  • 3 to 4 red tomatoes cut into small cubes
  • 1 jalapeno cut into brunoise (small thin cubes)
  • ½ red onion cut into small cubes
  • Juice of 1 lime, well squeezed (add more according to your taste)
  • Salt and pepper

Lime cream:

  • 250 ml sour cream
  • Zest of ½ lime
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 teaspoon Pat BBQ Sweet spice

Nacho dressing method:

  1. Turn on the oven or BBQ to 350 degrees Farenheit
  2. In a large cast iron skillet or baking tray or on the BBQ.
  3. Spread half the chips, then sprinkle with half the cheese.
  4. Repeat the step of spreading the rest of the chips and sprinkle the rest of the cheese, but keep a small handful to put on top.
  5. Spread the 3 types of meat, the olives and the jalapenos then add the small handful of remaining cheese.
  6. Cook in the oven or on the BBQ at 350 degrees Farenheit for 12 to 15 mins.
  7. Once the Nacho is cooked, generously place the cream in the center of the nachos and distribute the salsa everywhere.
  8. Decorate with lime wedge.
  9. To get a little funky, you can grill your lime wedges and also garnish with a drizzle of sweet Pat BBQ sauce in a zig-zag pattern over the nacho.
