PAT BBQ IT’S ME!
An engineer by training, I founded Pat BBQ in 2016. It was after a stay of a few months in the American Midwest that I developed a real passion for barbecue cooking.
Back in L'Isle-Verte, in Bas-St-Laurent, I had fun reproducing and even improving the flavors that I discovered in the United States to the great pleasure of my family and friends and finally develop the best sauces and spices in the world! We now offer a range of BBQ sauces, spice blends and fondue and raclette sauces, some of which have been recognized as among the best in the world at various international competitions.
Constantly evolving, Pat BBQ continues to make its mark in the world of barbecue both in Canada and internationally with its unique and essential products.
International recognition — quality index
It was in 2018 that Pat BBQ received its first international mention during the American Royal World Series of Barbecue © in Kansas City in the United States. It was during this competition, where the Americans are masters, that the spicy PatBBQ Sauce ranked 1st in its category and that the PatBBQ Hot Spices were crowned “best in the world” in all categories!
In 2019, PatBBQ Mustard Sauce stood out with a 2nd place and in 2021 it was the turn of PatBBQ Sweet Spices to find themselves on the podium with a 3rd place.
In 2023, spicy PatBBQ Sauce is honored for the second time in 5 years by ranking first and thus regaining its title of best sauce in the world.
