Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Sale item(s) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded and are final sales. You acknowledge that in this case, the sale item(s) are sold without any warranty and at your own risk.

In all cases, returned Products must be sent back in their original condition, including packaging (tag and any accessories), and in perfect resalable condition. They must not have been opened or damaged. When purchasing your Product as part of a bundle, Patbbq.com must receive the return in the same configuration. All Products will be inspected upon receipt.

All costs related to the return, including shipping fees, are at your expense. You are responsible for any breakage, damage, or loss of Products occurring during transport or shipment to Patbbq.com under this return policy. No refund or exchange will be granted if your Products arrive damaged, for any reason, at the Patbbq.com warehouse.

Postal or carrier tracking information will serve as proof.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@patbbq.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
