- 400gPulled Pork
- 4pita
- Crunchy salad (see recipe below)
- 1avocado in small wedges plain or with sage
Crunchy salad
- 2 cupsred cabbage with mandolin
- 1/2 cupfennel bulbs grated with a mandolin
- 1 teaspoonchive
Vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoonmayonnaise
- 1 tablespoonsour cream
- 1 tablespoonrice vinegar
- 1 tablespoonMaple syrup
- Salt/pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Heat the pulled pork in boiling water for 10 minutes and remove from the bag, discarding excess liquid.
- Heat the pitas in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Place 100g of pulled pork on pita, add the crunchy salad (recipe below) and avocado wedges to taste, add vinaigrette to taste.
- Tie with string or wrap with paper.
