BBQ GYROS PAT

PREPARATION

  1. Heat the shredded pork in boiling water for 10 minutes and remove from the bag, removing excess liquid.
  2. Heat the pitas in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Place 100g of shredded pork on pita bread, add crunchy salad (recipe below) and avocado wedges to taste, and add vinaigrette to taste.
  4. Tie with string or wrap with paper.
