  • 400gPulled Pork
  • 4pita
  • Crunchy salad (see recipe below)
  • 1avocado in small wedges plain or with sage

Crunchy salad

  • 2 cupsred cabbage with mandolin
  • 1/2 cupfennel bulbs grated with a mandolin
  • 1 teaspoonchive

Vinaigrette

  • 1 tablespoonmayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoonsour cream
  • 1 tablespoonrice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoonMaple syrup
  • Salt/pepper to taste

 

PREPARATION

  1. Heat the pulled pork in boiling water for 10 minutes and remove from the bag, discarding excess liquid.
  2. Heat the pitas in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Place 100g of pulled pork on pita, add the crunchy salad (recipe below) and avocado wedges to taste, add vinaigrette to taste.
  4. Tie with string or wrap with paper.
