PREPARATION
- Heat the shredded pork in boiling water for 10 minutes and remove from the bag, removing excess liquid.
- Heat the pitas in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Place 100g of shredded pork on pita bread, add crunchy salad (recipe below) and avocado wedges to taste, and add vinaigrette to taste.
- Tie with string or wrap with paper.
