Poissons et fruits de merPAT BBQ SCALLOPS AND SAUSAGE STARTER (2 SERVINGS)
Ingredients
- 1Sausage
- 1/2pear
- 6large scallops
- 6small wooden skewers soaked in water for 20 minutes
Preparation
- Cook the sausages as directed, cut into 6 pieces and set aside.
- In a non-stick pan, add a knob of butter and place the scallops, grill for 2 minutes on each side.
- Cut half a pear into slices (6 pieces)
- Assemble with a piece of sausage, pear and scallop.
- Serve immediately.
