Preparation

  1. Cook the sausages as directed, cut into 6 pieces and set aside.
  2. In a non-stick frying pan, add a knob of butter and place the scallops, grill for 2 minutes on each side.
  3. Cut half a pear into slices (6 pieces)
  4. Assemble with a piece of sausage, pear and scallop.
  5. Serve immediately.
