SAUSAGE POGO
- Remove the sausage casing and make 4 small balls per sausage.
- Place a coffee stick into the sausage at one end.
- Dip the sausage using the stick into the batter and plunge directly into the oil for about 5 minutes.
POGO PIE
- Mix until smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
