Preparation
- Preheat the charcoal BBQ to 425F or the gas BBQ
- Mix the meat with Pat BBQ steak spices and add to your taste
- Shape your pancakes
- Sear the meat on each side then finish cooking indirectly
- Place the cheese slices there so that it melts on the meat
- Cook the breaded onions either in the oven or on the BBQ (top grill) or in the fryer
- Butter the breads and toast them
- Reheat the bacon
- Assemble your burger as you wish and garnish with the succulent Mac Kroken beer sauce.
