Preparation

  1. Preheat charcoal BBQ to 425F or gas BBQ
  2. Mix the meat with Pat BBQ steak spices and add to your taste
  3. Shape your pancakes
  4. Sear the meat on each side then finish cooking indirectly
  5. Place the slices of cheese on top so that it melts on the meat.
  6. Cook the breaded onions either in the oven or on the BBQ (top grill) or in the fryer
  7. Butter the bread and toast it
  8. Reheat the bacon
  9. Assemble your burger as you like and top with the delicious Mac Kroken beer sauce.

Serve your Ze burger with Pat BBQ sweet potato fries or a crunchy garden salad.
