Preparation
- Preheat charcoal BBQ to 425F or gas BBQ
- Mix the meat with Pat BBQ steak spices and add to your taste
- Shape your pancakes
- Sear the meat on each side then finish cooking indirectly
- Place the slices of cheese on top so that it melts on the meat.
- Cook the breaded onions either in the oven or on the BBQ (top grill) or in the fryer
- Butter the bread and toast it
- Reheat the bacon
- Assemble your burger as you like and top with the delicious Mac Kroken beer sauce.
Serve your Ze burger with Pat BBQ sweet potato fries or a crunchy garden salad.
