Ingredients

  • 250gcream cheese
  • 6 tablespoonssour cream
  • 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  • 1/4 cupofmild PAT BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoonofPAT BBQ mild spices
  • 1/4 cupcorn kernels
  • 3shallots
  • 3chopped cooked bacon slices
  • 200gpulled pork
  • 1 cupgrated cheddar cheese or to taste
  • 1/4 cupdiced red pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix everything and spread into a 9''x9'' or round mold.
  2. Add the cheese and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Garnish with green onion and fried onion.
  4. Serve with croutons, raw vegetables, bread or pita.
