Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- Peppers
- Onion
- Cheese
- Pat BBQ Sauce
- Pat BBQ Spices
- Tortillas
- Olive oil
PREPARATION
- Add the chicken and vegetable mixture to the cheese
- Add the Pat BBQ sauce of your choice (here the Original)
- Add cheese on top again
- Fold the other half of the tortilla over the mixture to completely cover
- Add a drizzle of oil to a pan and grill the quesadillas on both sides until the cheese is melted.
- Take out, cut into triangles and serve
- Cut the chicken into small cubes and add the Pat BBQ spices of your choice (here Spicy Spices)
- Cut the vegetables into small cubes
- Heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and cook the chicken and vegetables.
- Let the mixture cool
- Take a tortilla and add cheese on half of the surface (here Monterey Jack , mild cheddar)
