Ingredients

  • 2 lobsters of 1 lb
  • 2 brioche hamburger buns
  • 1 half red onion, sliced
  • 1 sliced ​​tomato
  • 2 handfuls of arugula or spinach salad or your choice
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced
  • Garlic butter (for toasting bread)
  • Grilled Jalapeno Aioli Mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch Salt & pepper
  • 2 pinchesWild Tide BBQ Spices
  • 2 cases. chopped chives
  • Juice of 1 half lemon and zest

PREPARATION

  1. For the mayonnaise, either make a homemade aioli or with market mayo, add fresh pureed garlic and grill a jalapeno on the BBQ and put everything in a food processor for 1 cup of mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Brush the buns with garlic butter then grill them on the BBQ.
  3. In a bowl mix the roughly chopped lobster meat with the grilled jalapeno aioli, lemon juice and zest, chives, salt & pepper and especially wild sea spice. Save some aioli to dip your fries.
  4. Top the hamburger buns with the lobster filling then add the red onions, tomato and salad.
  5. Serve with fries, salad or nacho chips
