BoeufGRILLED BEEF SIRLOIN WITH MACK KROKEN SAUCE
Preparation
- Preheat charcoal or gas BBQ to 425F
- Melt a little butter and brush it over the asparagus and meat.
- Season the asparagus with salt and pepper.
- Season the meat with Pat BBQ Steak Spices
- Season the potatoes with olive oil, butter, salt and pepper.
- Cook the potatoes on the BBQ for 20 min
- Increase the heat of the BBQ to 500F
- Sear the meat on the BBQ and finish cooking indirectly
- Sear the asparagus on the BBQ and finish cooking indirectly
- Sear the Halloumi cheese on the BBQ and finish indirectly
- Meanwhile, in a pan, cook the mushrooms in butter with Pat BBQ steak spices.
- Allow your meat to rest (very important)
- Dress your plate to your taste with Kroken mac sauce
- Garnish with chives or chopped green onion
