GRILLED BEEF SIRLOIN WITH MACK KROKEN SAUCE

Preparation

  1. Preheat charcoal or gas BBQ to 425F
  2. Melt a little butter and brush it over the asparagus and meat.
  3. Season the asparagus with salt and pepper.
  4. Season the meat with Pat BBQ Steak Spices
  5. Season the potatoes with olive oil, butter, salt and pepper.
  6. Cook the potatoes on the BBQ for 20 min
  7. Increase the heat of the BBQ to 500F
  8. Sear the meat on the BBQ and finish cooking indirectly
  9. Sear the asparagus on the BBQ and finish cooking indirectly
  10. Sear the Halloumi cheese on the BBQ and finish indirectly
  11. Meanwhile, in a pan, cook the mushrooms in butter with Pat BBQ steak spices.
  12. Allow your meat to rest (very important)
  13. Dress your plate to your taste with Kroken mac sauce
  14. Garnish with chives or chopped green onion
