BoeufGRILLED BEEF STRIP LOIN WITH MACK KROKEN SAUCE

Ingredients
- 2 AAA Sterling Beef Strip Loins
- Pat BBQ steak spice
- Flower of salt
- 2 to 4 red potatoes cut into 4
- Halloumi cheese (little demon)
- 500 gr of sliced mushroom (your choice)
- Butter
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- Olive oil
- Mill pepper
- Kroken mac sauce
- Chopped green onion or chives
Preparation
- Preheat the charcoal or gas BBQ to 425F
- Melt a little butter and brush the asparagus and the meat
- Season the asparagus with salt and pepper
- Season the meat with Pat BBQ Steak Spices
- Season the potatoes with olive oil, butter, salt and pepper
- Cook the potatoes on the BBQ for 20 mins
- Raise the heat of the BBQ to 500F
- Sear the meat on the BBQ and finish cooking indirectly
- Sear the asparagus on the BBQ and finish cooking indirectly
- Sear the Halloumi cheese on the BBQ and finish indirectly
- Meanwhile, in a pan, cook the mushrooms in butter with Pat BBQ steak spices.
- Allow your meat time to rest (very important)
- Dress your plate to your liking with Kroken mac sauce
- Garnish with chives or chopped green onion
