BBQ PAT ONION RINGS

PREPARATION

  • Cut onion rings the width of a little finger
  • Remove the center and keep two slices thick
  • Dip in Pat BBQ Farnham sauce
  • Wrap in bacon, approximately two slices per round
  • Pierce in two places with a toothpick to hold the bacon in place.
  • Cook on the BBQ using indirect heat at 350°F for approximately 30 to 40 minutes
  • You can also smoke them over soft wood
One onion yields about four rings.
