PREPARATION
- Cut onion rings the width of a little finger
- Remove the center and keep two slices thick
- Dip in Pat BBQ Farnham sauce
- Wrap in bacon, approximately two slices per round
- Pierce in two places with a toothpick to hold the bacon in place.
- Cook on the BBQ using indirect heat at 350°F for approximately 30 to 40 minutes
- You can also smoke them over soft wood
One onion yields about four rings.
