PREPARATION
- Cut onion rings the width of a little finger
- Remove the center and keep two rounds thick
- Dip in Farnham Pat BBQ Sauce
- Wrap with bacon, approximately two slices per round
- Prick in two places with a toothpick to hold the bacon in place
- Cook on the BBQ using indirect cooking at 350°F for approximately 30 to 40 minutes
- You can also smoke them over soft wood
One onion yields about four slices.
