FUNCTION SUMMARY

Under the authority of the production supervisor, the recipe preparation manager is responsible for weighing and preparing the recipes, filling the cookers (twice a day) and participating in the running of production in the morning.

The company is looking for a person who stands out for their versatility and resourcefulness.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • Any training deemed relevant;
  • Experience as a cook an asset;
  • Knowledge of the following standards: HACCP, GFSI is an asset;
  • Good sense of organization and planning;
  • Ability to work in a team, under pressure and with tight deadlines.
